diet. Those foods will help with the weight gain, but not clog
your arteries. Try to have 5-6 small meals throughout the day
rather than the standard 3 large meals. This technique will help
keep a constant flow of nutrients going in your body. That's one

How to Gain Weight Tip #2-Add resistance training to your
workout routine
In order to gain weight(and increase muscle mass), you have
to add resistance training to your workout routine. Im not
saying you should go out and try to increase your lifts by 100
pounds. All you need to do is make your routine just a little
tougher here and there. Maybe add 5 pounds to your dumbbells,
or wear some ankle weights while you are doing a cardio session.
It may not seem like much, but it will help in the long run.
How to Gain Weight Tip #3-Use some nutritional supplements
Adding supplements will help you achieve a healthy weight gain
more easily. You don't need to go out and spend fifty dollars
on some miracle pill or shake that promises to bulk you
up in two weeks. Supplements like that are garbage.
