London Flat Rent

Remember - most London flat rent is based on position - and cheap may mean nasty. It applies everywhere, even in London. Flat rent is closely tied to merit - bear that in mind.

London Flat Rent

by Peter Sylvester

London flat rent offers you one of the widest choices available to man.

Do you want a flat in trendy Notting Hill - a pad deep in the proletarian livings of the East End - or an apartment for a week or two in Mayfair at the price of the average annual salary?

They are all there for the asking!

Let us start at the top. For example…….

Home from Home is a London rental agency with a large portfolio of privately owned serviced apartments to rent in London.

Staying in one of their luxury London rental apartments offers both comfort and privacy unavailable in hotel rooms. Their short term vacation rentals allow their clients to experience London living.

Whether in London on business and in need a short term flat to rent in the heart of the city or in one of London's boutique locations such as Chelsea, Knightsbridge or Kensington, Home from Home offers a London flat rent to suit.

"We enjoyed our stay in London and that the apartment on Kings Road worked out so well for us." A typical comment form an American visitor from South Carolina.

“Into London” is a place for one who seeks a London flat rent of a less expensive kind than Home from Home.

Flatshare is one of their favoured options - with ready made friends and companions there if you’re lucky.

Typically between £50 per week in Marylebone W1 to £125 per week in Kensington High Street W8 would be the price for your new London flat. Rent like this - with decent London wages - shouldn’t bankrupt you.

I have personally particularly enjoyed the atmosphere and life of Camden Town - with its pubs and markets - it might just suit you.

Other examples of London Flat Rent accommodation are Bethnal Green, The Angel and Bow. Really your choice should be dictated by where you work or what you want to do.

But remember - most London flat rent is based on position - and cheap may mean nasty.

It applies everywhere even in London. Flat rent is closely tied to merit - bear that in mind.

“I simply haven’t time….!” So cries a young flat searcher. We have the answer………..Speed Flatmating!

By meeting at a pre-arranged venue - you organise a flatshare or rent a flat or…………well, it’s one way……….
