Cheap Hotels San Francisco

Cheap hotels, San Francisco, the golden gate bridge... if you're planning a trip to San Francisco, you might want to consider saving some money on the lodging so you can spend it on more enjoyable experiences there. So, then you think, I wonder if there're any cheap hotels, San Francisco area- I mean, ones that are nice. Where I don't have to worry about the quality, the service, or... dirt. |
Well, yes there are- if you want to browse through quality cheap hotels, San Francisco has them- you can compare prices or reserve rooms on any number of websites, like Lodging.com, or maybe Travelocity.com, but Lodging.com is my favorite.
The first time I looked for said cheap hotels, San Francisco was definitely calling - I hadn't been there since the family trip as a teen, and all I remembered was the Ghiradeli chocolate company and that windy downhill road... I don't remember if we saw the golden gate bridge... I don't remember where we stayed, or if it was a cheap hotel. San Francisco, because I was so young them, remained largely a mystery to me. So it was calling, impugning me: "You're a Californian now, you live in SoCal, and you don't know much about NoCal- you haven't really absorbed one of the biggest cities in your state!"
And as I looked for cheap hotels, San Francisco quieted down, folded its arms, and waited. I found one. It looked nice. When my wife and I got there, it was nice. We enjoyed a quiet sunset on the balcony. We met my good friend Bliss for dinner on the bay. We said goodbye to Bliss, returned to our cheap San Francisco hotel, and relaxed into a rooftop hottub under the stars.
You see, when you find cheap hotels, San Francisco taught me, you needn't settle for something "cheap", just something less expensive, something discounted, some great deal you couldn't have found if you didn't take advantage of this social revolution we call CYBERSPACE.
