Fast Weight Loss Information

Today, everyone wants to get results fast. We're an on-the-go
society. This quick results thinking dominates the
weight loss industry. If you happen to be overweight, youve
probably thought about taking a pill that guarantees fast weight
loss.
Unfortunately, most fast weight loss pills, creams, and patches
are just gimicks. The companies that make and sell these products
know that you are looking for a quick fix. Their marketing strategy
is predicated on that. If you look at one of their boxes, I bet
you will see a statement like see results in two weeks.
These statements are misleading. You can achieve fast weight loss,
but most of the weight you lose in the first two or three weeks
is water weight.
Some of these fast weight loss scams include cortislim, weight
loss patches, and electronic ab belts. Dont waste your money
on these things. They do nothing to help you lose weight and will
only shrink your wallet.
People need to understand the difference between losing weight
and losing fat. Losing fat is what most people want to do.
Reducing your body fat percentage is what you need to do in order
to get a six pack of abs and great muscular definition.
The only program, in my experience, that causes fast weight loss
in terms of body fat is the low carbohydrate diet. It works by
putting your body in a state of ketosis. Ketosis basically
means that your body uses its own stored body fat for energy rather
than the carbohydrates it is fed. Of course, there are risks involved
with this fast weight loss program. Remaining in a state of ketosis
for too long could potentially cause liver and kidney problems.
On top of that, you are at a higher risk for heart disease and
clogged arteries.
But like I said, if you are trying to achieve fast weight loss
before a special event, doing the low carb diet will provide the
best results. Just dont stay on it for too long.
People need to understand that not all carbohydrates are inherently
evil. Complex carbohydrates are actually very good for the body.
Simple carbohydrates are the ones that cause weight gain. What
are simple carbohydrates? Theyre foods like pasta, white
bread, and potato chips. You need to replace these foods with
complex carbohydrates like wheat pasta and multi-grain bread
